What should I expect?

We offer a staffed nursery for our LH Littles (birth-preschool) during our 9:30am worship service. This would be for babies, toddlers, and children not in Kindergarten yet.

LH Kids (K-5th Grades) meets Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:00 pm during the school year.  On Sunday mornings, "doodle kits" are provided for LH Kids to enjoy during the service.

Our church is equipped with a full-service coffee shop featuring delicious hot and cold drinks. You are welcome to bring your beverage into the sanctuary, but make sure you arrive a little early so you have time to place your order before the service starts.

As you make your way, our ushers would love to help you find a seat! Whether you’re a front and center person or someone who likes to play it low key in the back, just let us know. We want you to feel comfortable and at home.

We gather in an old school building. That means there are parts of modern life that are difficult (elevators, easy accessibility etc).  We have a balcony area available for anyone in needing extra help with mobility or who cannot take stairs.  We also have a wheelchair and walker available for use during your time here.

Our service typically lasts about 65 minutes. Most gatherings open with modern music where you can worship God through singing. Hum along, shout it loud, or raise your hands… worship how you feel comfortable. There will be a short talk giving you an opportunity to get involved.  Lastly, there will be a message from our teaching pastor. The messages are usually about 25 minutes and down to earth, easy to understand and based on the Bible.
